Michael L. Quintos
Michael joined MenAlive in the Spring of 2002, in the final concert of the chorus' inaugural season. Since then, he has enjoyed performing and traveling with MenAlive, and is grateful for his continued work as soloist, actor, dancer and original member of Bel Canto.
Soon after joining the chorus, Michael spent five consecutive seasons as the sole provider of original artwork and marketing design for the chorus, then transitioned briefly to set design before taking on his current role overseeing MenAlive's social media efforts.
His musical theater roots started at a very young age, which soon led to a couple of national TV appearances and, eventually, a brief championship run in the Philippines' equivalent of the TV talent show "Star Search" before moving permanently to the U.S. at the age of 11.
College brought him out to Southern California, where he earned a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Film Screenwriting. Outside MenAlive, Michael spends his days as an Art Director/Designer and is also a freelance contributor of theater reviews and celebrity interviews for BroadwayWorld.com.
